Work process

To order a commission you need to send me email with description. You are welcome to use this commission form as it is or as a guideline. It may take a day or two for me to answer.Upon starting the work I will provide a series of sketches to clarify composition, mood, pose(s) and coloring. Please keep in mind that some details might be ignored at this stage. After the key sketch is approved and the work is estimated I will send the invoice. Upon receiving the payment I will start painting. Some in-between WIPs for clarifying details are possible. At the final stage you can ask for minor edits.Default resolution of a final artwork varies from 3,5k to 5k pixels at a larger side at 300dpi, that's about 11-17 inches and roughly matches A4 - A3 formats. Format much larger than 5k (17 inches) will add to a final pricing.Depending on complexity work may take up to a few weeks, unless strict deadlines are set. Urgent commissions (e.g. less than a week for an illustration) will add at least 50% to the final commission price. And you must also be ready to give me feedback as fast as possible. I will decline any commission with 24 hours or less deadlines.
